Short version: BellosatoTech does not receive drawings, progress, parent settings, parent PINs, or recovery answers. This free version uses Google Mobile Ads SDK, configured for child-directed and non-personalized advertising.

1. Overview

Bellos Canvas Junior Free ("the App") is a children's drawing, coloring, and creative game app developed by BellosatoTech.

The App is designed to work without user accounts and without BellosatoTech analytics or BellosatoTech servers receiving drawings, progress, parent PINs, recovery answers, or parent settings.

This free version uses Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising. BellosatoTech configures ad requests for child-directed treatment, maximum ad content rating G, and non-personalized advertising.

2. Data BellosatoTech Does Not Collect

BellosatoTech does not collect, receive, store, sell, rent, or share children's personal information through this App.

BellosatoTech does not receive:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account identifiers entered in the App
Drawings saved in the in-app gallery
Parent PINs, recovery answers, or recovery questions
Level progress, stars, sound settings, or safety settings
Precise location data
Contacts, photos, videos, voice recordings, or messages

The App does not require registration, login, or an online BellosatoTech account.

3. Data Stored Locally on the Device

Some app data is saved locally so the App can work properly. This data is stored on the user's device and is not sent to BellosatoTech.

The parent PIN and recovery answer are stored locally as salted SHA-256 hashes for the parental gate. The recovery question is stored locally in readable form only so it can be shown to the parent during recovery. None of this information is sent to BellosatoTech.

4. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads SDK

This free version of the App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK to display ads.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process limited technical information needed for ad delivery, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, and reporting. According to Google's Google Play data disclosure for the Google Mobile Ads SDK, this may include information such as IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers.

BellosatoTech configures the SDK as follows:

Age-restricted treatment: child
Maximum ad content rating: G
Publisher privacy personalization: disabled
Android Advertising ID and Android AdServices advertising permissions removed from the app manifest
No Firebase Analytics added by BellosatoTech
No BellosatoTech analytics or tracking servers

Ads are provided by Google and are governed by Google's applicable policies and privacy terms. BellosatoTech does not receive children's drawings, parent PIN data, or local app progress from Google Mobile Ads SDK.

5. Deletion and Retention

Because the App does not send local app data to BellosatoTech, BellosatoTech cannot view, recover, or delete drawings, progress, PINs, or settings remotely.

Local app data remains on the device until one of the following happens:

The user deletes saved drawings inside the App, where available
The user clears the App's local data from Android settings
The user uninstalls the App

On Android, uninstalling the App removes the App's local data from the device. This App also disables Android app backup (allowBackup=false) to avoid automatic cloud backup of its local app data by the App.

6. Sharing and Exporting Drawings

Gallery sharing/export is disabled by default and can be enabled only from the parent settings area.

If a parent enables sharing/export, a saved drawing may be exported or sent using the device share sheet. In that case:

BellosatoTech does not receive the drawing
The drawing is handed to the app selected by the user, such as a messaging or file app
The selected external app handles the drawing under its own terms and privacy policy

Parents should enable sharing/export only if they are comfortable with drawings being sent outside Bellos Canvas Junior through apps installed on the device.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Mobile Ads SDK for child-directed advertising. The App does not include Firebase Analytics or BellosatoTech analytics.

The App may open external links, ads, BellosatoTech websites, or an app store page only when selected by the user or parent or as part of a Google-served ad interaction. External websites, ads, app stores, and third-party apps are outside the App and operate under their own privacy policies.

If you contact BellosatoTech by email, your email address and message are handled outside the App for the purpose of responding to your request.

Use of the App is also governed by the Terms of Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is designed for children and families. BellosatoTech does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.

For advertising, BellosatoTech uses Google Mobile Ads SDK settings intended for child-directed treatment and non-personalized ad serving. There is no behavioral advertising, profiling, account creation, or child data sale/sharing by BellosatoTech.

Parents remain responsible for supervising device-level sharing, screenshots, external apps, and any communication performed outside the App.

9. Security

The App uses local device storage for saved drawings, settings, progress, and parental gate information. Access to parent settings is protected by a parent PIN. New PINs and recovery answers are not stored as readable text; they are stored as local salted SHA-256 hashes.

No local-only system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure against someone with full access to the device. Parents should keep the device protected with the operating system's screen lock and should not share the parent PIN with children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or store listing.

If a future version adds accounts, BellosatoTech analytics, BellosatoTech servers, or additional third-party services, this policy and the applicable store privacy disclosures must be updated before release.
