1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bellos Canvas Junior Free ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use the App, you accept these Terms on behalf of your child.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Bellos Canvas Junior Free is a creative drawing, coloring, and puzzle app designed for children and families. The App provides:

The App does not require a user account or registration.

3. Local Data and Privacy

Drawings, progress, settings, and parent gate information are stored locally on the device. BellosatoTech does not receive or store this local app data on its servers.

Local data is removed when the user clears the App's data or uninstalls the App. BellosatoTech cannot remotely recover drawings, progress, PINs, or settings because they are not sent to BellosatoTech.

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Parent Supervision and Sharing

The App is intended for children under parent or guardian supervision.

Sharing/export of saved drawings is disabled by default. If a parent enables sharing/export, drawings may be sent through the device share sheet or exported from the App. Once a drawing is sent to another app or service, that external app or service is responsible for its own handling of the drawing.

The App does not require user accounts, registration, or login. You should not enter personal information into drawings, filenames, recovery questions, or other free-text fields unless you understand that such information may remain locally on the device or be included if a drawing is exported.

7.1 BellosatoTech Content

All App content provided by BellosatoTech, including graphics, illustrations, interface design, sounds, code, and branding, is owned by BellosatoTech or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 User-Created Drawings

Drawings created by users in the App remain the user's content. BellosatoTech does not claim ownership of user-created drawings and does not upload them to BellosatoTech servers.

8. Advertising and Purchases

This free version of the App displays advertising through Google Mobile Ads SDK. BellosatoTech configures ad requests for child-directed treatment, maximum ad content rating G, and non-personalized ad treatment.

The current version does not include in-app purchases. If purchases are added in a future version, they should be clearly disclosed and protected by appropriate parent controls.

9. External Links and Third-Party Apps

The App may include links or actions that open external websites, app stores, ads, or the device share flow. External websites, app stores, ads, and third-party apps are not controlled by BellosatoTech and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

BellosatoTech does not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or free from defects.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BellosatoTech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

BellosatoTech may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify the App where permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where BellosatoTech operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or store listing.
